After his intermediate from St.Joseph college Thiruchirappally he discontinued His studies. He was more Interested in mechanical works. He took a mechanical diploma. He married Saramma daughter of David and Mariyamma , Karkayil house of Nort Pallipuram (now residing at Valiya Veliyil, Thiruvanathapuram.) Sarramma retired from the telephone department and died on 9-11-1986 at the age of 64.
